Other Important Information

We do Retrospective Approvals generally in a two step process.

Step 1: Site visit, inspect structure, obtain photos and create site sketches with dimensions - typically $547 for Step 1.

Step 2: When we have all the information from Step 1 we the can provide a quotation for Documentation, Drawings and Certification. This will depend on scope and what drawings are available to use:

- Price range of this Step is from $500 to $1500.

All up range for service provision is $900 to $2100 - depending on specific requirements.
